Hello everyone, I'm having issues with a servicedesk installation.  immediately following the installation of the product, when the post-installation wizard begins, a workflow project starts to install some of the config items.  at this point i begin receiving script errors such as "line: 106 char:1 error: Object expected".  each time the form refreshes or reloads, whatever script is crashing tries to run again and another error message is thrown.

any ideas on what's going on here?  I attempted to ignore the error and complete the installation, but afterwards pages in the process manager don't display properly, and the infragistics controls (for one) don't work.

remediation attempted - went through the clean installation steps here: http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO58977 , then (again) went through all the painstaking steps involved in a prequisited installation spelled out here: Implementation Guide , and am still having the issue.

    environment info -

    Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
    Internet Explorer 8 (8.0.7600.16385)
    ServiceDesk 7.1.2.14

    thanks!!

    It's normal

I normaly turn off my firewall or add a exception, reduce the level of security in the Action center and configure my internet explorer to allow scripts.

I attachmented a good guide. Try it.
