    has anyone integrated ServiceNow and Symantec DLP using the Incident Reporting and Update API.

    If yes, please can you provide me the steps for the integration?

    Hi Rishabh,

     

    The guides that Craig has provided should help you.

     

    As a side note there are plans for the integration to be built into version 16 which is die for release sometime next year. I apprecitate it doesn't help your situation right now but maybe something to consider?
