  • 1.  ServiceNow Mapping to the Altiris infrastructure

    Hello All,

We are attempting to use ServiceNow to map the Altiris infrastructure Business Service.  Is there a config file on the SMP or SQL box that identifies the Site Servers?

    Settings

      Notification Server

        Site Server Settings

    Expand the Site Servers

You could take a look at [vSiteServices] view as a starting point.

    Hi AlexHedley,

Thank you... yes we can view the infrastructure from within the Console.  What I am asking is if there is a physical file on the SMP or SQL server itself that contains the architecture information, i.e. a config file of sorts.

Curious, what are you trying to accomplish?

I'm pretty sure there isn't but you could create a report using the view Alex suggested then use [Settings > All Settings > Notofication Server >] Connector to create a CSV File "Data Source" with "Allow export" selected and an "Import/Export Rule" of type "Report Export Rule".

Then the report will run on a schedule and keep the csv file up to date.
