  • 1.  Site server not downloading packages

    Got a site server that is not downloading packages. Every package says package is download pending.

    checking the logs i see :

    <event date="Jun 18 10:47:43" severity="4" hostName="SERVER"PackageDelivery" module="AeXPackageDelivery.dll" process="AeXNSAgent.exe" pid="3460" thread="7988" tickCount="215247004"><![CDATA[Error while downloading package: Package suspended (-2147209210)]]></event>

    Any ideas

    Just checked server and it looks like its downloading now....Have no idea where all the packages disappeared to and how! I swear sometimes this software makes me want to give up IT and become a roofer :-)

    We had this a while ago. what i found was it was talking to a site server that also didnt have that package and because it didnt have the package it wouldnt download it. I forced an update on that server and it kicked in and the other device kicked in shortly after. I've not seen it since though.
