  • 1.  Slow ERP / e-mail

    Computer: Windows 10 Pro, Office 2016, SEP 12.1.6 (MP6) and ERP

    After I have install Windows 10 Pro and Office 2016 on an old computer. It become very slow when I try to send e-mail from the ERP system. Then it freeze for about 10 to 15 sec.

    I need to allow my ERP system(192.168.168.xx = server IP) to open my local Outlook 2016

    Do you have Outlook Auto-Protect scanning plug-in enabled? If so, temporarily disable and try again to see what the result is.

    if you have Network threat protection installed, try uninstalling and see if that makes any difference
