    Hi All,

     

    Everytime we send mail through Symantec Messaging Gateway 10, we notice that these logs. Please See screenshots below.

    What is the cause of getting these logs specially the abort message.

    Is it happening for any particular domain or for all domains?

    I got the same issue on the SMG 10. I noticed that I got 2 notification for 1 email transaction, first action taken is abort message and the 2nd action is deliver message successfully. I already tried to adjust the Inbound\Outbound session timeout. btw this is happening even the email being delivered locally (same email domain). Hope anyone can suggest any troubleshooting to address this. Thanks
