    Hi,

I would like to know what the maximum value to be set of simultaneous inbound connections, at Admin Guide has exactly this setting, but only mentions about the default value (2,000) and not what the maximum value.

    Regards,

    Alexsander

    Hello Alexsander,

The maximum number of inbound connections supported on SMG is 10,000 connections.

This configuration can be set navigating through its menu using a login with Admin Role.

    Follow these steps:

    • Log in at the Control Center
    • Navigate throught Administration => Hosts, Configuration => Edit host => SMTP => Advanced Settings => Inbound => Inbound SMTP Configuration => Maximum number of connections
    • Set a value up to 10000.

If you try to set a higher value, you will receive the following error message:
The 'Maximum number of connections' must be an integer between 1 and 10,000.

    Alex,

    Alex,

It is true, if we set up 10,001 connections, we'll get a alert with the message "The 'Maximum number of connections' must be an integer Between 1 and 10000."
