SMG - White list domains that users already end emails to

    Hi,

    Is there a way in SMG where domains that users already send emails to get white-listed? For example, if a user in our entity emails xxx@global.com, the reply or any future email from users at global.com should not be held in the spam quarantine.

    No, that is a very dangerous practice and not something the SMG supports.
