Better you pull out both SMPS and check which one showing damage. Connecting them with power after pulling out of the device (with caution!!!) might give a clue.
If one is found to be faulty, insert the other SMPS back and turn on to see whether the device boots up. In that case, we will go with RMA of SMPS.
If you are not able to boot the device, it is better to discuss this over a case than in forum. Do raise a case after basic troubleshooting to isolate. If not able to conclude also, it is fine. We will check it together over the case.
