    Hi,

    I have imported some applications into the software catalog and deployed these via managed software delivery, this works just fine.. But how can I reinstall a application on a client using uninstall and install from the package in the software catalog? And can a servicedesk worker monitor the process easily realtime?

    You can create a Managed Software Delivery job containing two tasks - one for uninstallation of software (Uninstall command line type should be used) and another for installation of the software (Install command line type should be used).

    BTW - if launching of Windows Installer Repair will work for you as well, then there is a special Windows Installer Repair task allowing to do this operation easier.

    Do you mean monitoring using Remote Desktop or using some reports?

    You have 2 options that may be of help to monitor agent activity in real time.

    The first is RTSM which you may or may not be licensed for. It is part of CMS 7.
