    Hi all,

    I am currently attempting to uninstall SEP 12.1 off my laptop running windows 8 and normal uninstall methods are not working. It was put on the machine by my old university, so I do not have credentials for the program. I am aware that the version I have is incompatabe. From what I can tell, the clean wipe program will do what I want, but as I do not have a product key, I cannot obtain the program. And suggestions?

    If you have adminstrator rights on this PC, you can perform a manual uninstall of SEP by following the steps in the acticle at the link below.

    Note: This article will work for Windows 8 As well. If you are unable to delete the files/registry in Windows Normal mode, then boot the PC in to Windows Safe mode and you should be able to delete them.
