If the enrolled devices did not register in the cloud, you will need to uninstall and reinstall.
To help prevent possible issues during installation, please whitelist the correct URLs in your firewall, or other perimeter security device: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH246975.html
After uninstall, check for the following folders and registry keys and delete them if they are left over:
C:\Program Data\Norton
HKLM\Software\Norton
HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Norton
If you subscription includes MDM, you may want to disconnect it before reinstalling as well. You can check it under Windows Settings > Accounts > Work access page or Settings > Accounts > Access work or school page.
