The company modifies incoming email by placing an attachment warning that the email is from an external source.  Unfortunately, the proxy will not automatically decrypt such messages.  Sending an encrypted email internally works ok.  Any ideas?

It looks like the problem is that ".pgp" attachments are no longer being automatically decrypted.  I sent a PGP Partitioned message and the body of the message automatically decrypted but the attachment which was encoded as a ".pgp" attachment did not.  Double clikcing the attachment started the viewer and decrypted but it didn't use to work that way.  This explains why the PGP Mime message didn't get decrypted because it comes in as a single ".pgp" attachment.  Did something change recently?

    Hi JAta2,

It seems that you have a device in the mail flow that breaks the message structure.

PGP MIME messages work as a single entity, if the structure is modified, the email is broken. This is not the case for PGP Partitioned, as the name hints, the message is composed of different parts.

Did the issue appear only after upgrading? I.e. was this setup working before with a lower version of the SED client?

If you are able to decrypt the .pgp with the PGP Viewer, perhaps something has changed in the infrastructure.

The insertion of the warning that the message originated externally happened previous to when I upgraded to 10.3.2 MP 11 from MP 9 but were not far apart.  So it's hard to tell... Yes, the PGP viewer can decrypt the .PGP but it's a bit more work... I guess that's something I have to live with but thought I'd ask...
