  • 1.  some virus file in usb

    virus in usb and symantec antivirus is not remove it or not detect it.

    antivirus is 12.1 ru5 and updated.

    How can i clean it?

    Submit the virus sample to symantec,

    Upload a suspected infected file, syymantec analysis and if find any virus activity then release the rapid release defintion.

    Hi rohitsuri,

    Can you provide a little more infromation?  If no threat is detected during a manual scan of the USB drive, what indicates that there is a malicious file there?

    I recommend locating any hidden files on the USB and getting those submitted, if you are certain that this USB is infected.

    File size in 17.8 mb after zip. I have tried to submitted but failed in  submission.
