    Hi Team,

     

    i am facing one issue that SONAR not getting updates in sep client machines but it's showing "Your computer is protected" and the same SEPM console showing out-of-date. please kindly let me know why it's happening like this.

    Thanks for help.

     

    But my questiion is why is it not showing in Client machine as a SONAR definition out of date and same attached file.

    There are a lot of bugs in the SEP 14 MP1.

    Definitions stop updating until system is restarted with Endpoint Protection 14: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH236947 

    Netstat.db-wal is a multi-gigabyte file and continues to increase in size: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH239793

    I have also seen to many of the clients in the SEPM that have problem with Sonar Status and Download Protection Status, i have not been able to find the cause to that.

     i am getting error alert in SEP Client console. what could be the reason for that.

    After login admin and restart the client also issue still there according to article
