    Only SONAR is out of date and the other updates are ok

    whats the sonar date they are running as of now, ? Sonar updates do not update everyday like AV defs.

    clients getting updates from internet or SEPM or Liveupate?

    SONAR update is Oct 03

    some of the clients are getting update from SEPM and some from GUPs, and non from LU

    whats the date you see on them? as I said they are not released daily

    Symantec not released sonar defs. daily basic. you can check latest defs. below url. http://www.symantec.com/security_response/definitions.jsp SONAR Definitions are not updated on SEP 12.1 Clients. http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH178125

    I checked the second link http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH17812 then i found the details as the below

    SONAR heuristic signatures NOV/07/2014

    SONAR Scan AUG/20/208

    but when i look in the monitor logs i find SONAR Content OCt 03 2014

     

    ** I am using a server as GUP, which has only two compnents 

    • Virus, Spyware, and Basic Download Protection 
    • Intrusion Protection

    Have you tried running symhelp to see what it shows?
