I've looked up and down and I don't see anyone else referring to this, so perhaps it's just me. When I view the SEPM > Monitors > Logs and view the Computer Status log, I see I have 708 clients. If I try to sort by the Infected column it just seems to alphabetize the list. I click again and it reverse alphabetizes the entire list. I'm viewing 200 clients per page, and the log only covers the last 24 hours.

It's getting annoying to have to click my way down the list, click a client with the infected flag (and worse ctrl+clicking my way down multiple computers) and selecting Clear Infected Status at the time. I just want it to show me any and all infected clients at the top of the list.

Version 11.0.4000.2295 (MP4) on Server 2003 with a SQL database.

I use the functionality you're talking about very frequently, and never have a problem. We're on MR4 MP1.

I have this sorting problem also.  Using MP$ on Windows 2003 with the built-in database.  Please post if/when you find a solution.

...then it will have to wait until next week. I'll hope that anyone else can come along and prove it will not require me to patch my network because it is a very cumbersome project.

Can anyone else verify that mp1 is the fix, or MR5 should be just around the corner, eh?

... it's a bit of a hassle to upgrade and service packs and maintenance releases seem to be introducing as many issues as fixing. I've solved this particular issue with a Custom log file:

Monitors > Logs > Advanced Options > Compliance Options > Check the box for Infected Only and save.

I suppose the ability to 'skin the cat' more than one way is somehow equal to powerful, but it seems like a redundancy made overly complex. If only these MP came as definition upgrades and made life truly easy. With over 700 clients, downloading, installing, building a new package, and then waiting for it to disseminate is a PITA when I've got a lot of other things to do in a short 12 hour day.

Just waiting for the headache when I double the number of clients I get to babysit. :(

    Hi Damoo,

You can get the report for left alone by the following..

    Monitor>Logs>Logtype=Risk>Advance options>Action taken = Left alone.

Check out before upgrading to any latest version, as your issue is nothing to deal with latest version i.e. ( 4014.26)

    Rgrds,
