I have a Symantec Protection Engine 7.5.0.34 version installed on two AV Scan servers that scans our NAS file shares and just recently both of them stopped getting virus definitions update. From the GUI --> System --> Liveupdate content - was clicked and it shows "Invalid Updates License" on the Liveupdate status column. I have checked the license and it shows AV Scanning License as "never Expires". It also shows the "Fullfilment ID" which I think is the License key and I can see the same license Key on the second server as well. The server was downloading the updates until last week and I dont know what happened suddenly.
So my question is - does each Windows server running SPE needs to have its own license keys ?
There is not much articles written by symantec on this error and found only one as below. The CPUs and memory utilization on the system is just fine. Is there any other articles on this ?
