Hi,
It appears that most emails being sent to recipients using Symantec MessageLabs or Symantec email filtering products are being rejected. Our domain is not blacklisted, and neither is our main public ip. I've double checked on the ip checker on the Symantec website and that also comes up clean.
Is there somebody at Symantec I can PM our ip and domain to so that this can be investigated?
