  • 1.  Still problem with LiveUpdate not changing 2009-12-31

    Hi there

    I performed the instruction here on the Endpoint Manager to download the LiveUpdate 3 times.
    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/docid/2010011512020748

    However, when I check the Latest Manager version it still say 2009-12-31.

    Any ideas?

    Also I update the policy on the client, still with the old date.

    Hi Leef,

    did you already try to do the manual installation of the patch?

    Its explained in the same article you posted.

    When I run the patch it says 'Unable to apply this patch to the server' ?

    We are all getting the same problem with the Patch, the silence from Symantec Guys suggest they have no idea why....

    actually, I am not from Symantec, if you are talking of me as "symantec guy" :D

    We have one customer using the LUA who is facing this issue, too.
    Currently I am working with symantec tech support on that problem...no solution yet.
