  • 1.  SWG 5.0.3.18 and whiteslist problem.

    I deleted an entry from the whitelist. But the report don't show the traffic. The site picked up the "Content Filter Exceptions" list with monitor sett. Why?

    We've had a similar case, then improved after 4 days. : (

    What operating mode is the SWG in?

    Please note: If the SWG is operating in inline or spantap mode and the site is being accessed via https the traffic/site cannot be blocked.

    Proxy mode w. Blocking.

    Hi everybody!

    Configure SWG 5.0.2 in single lege proxy with blocking mode... whitelisting does not work......
