Hello support, Symantec antivrus is blocking laptop webcamera. Even i have excluded in policy then too. Plz help me urgently

Check your traffic log and make the necessary fw exclusions.

first identify which feature of SEP is blocking the webcam, have a look at SEP agent logs. If nothing is found there, try to remove/disable SEP features one by one to know which one is causing your issue. Only after that, you will get more accurate solutions.

Check the device id / class id and exclude the same on SEPM , apply the policy after testing it.

Maybe your Laptop has inbuilt usb cam, you can exclude the device id of that particular Laptop. Use the below link to find the device id
