Hi,

We need your assistance for one of our customer.

Customer would like to download SAVCE 9.0. She is using old version of Novel Operating System. We checked that SAVCE End of Support is on 01-April-2011.

End of Engineering Support 2009-03-31
  Last date for patch releases

End of Assisted Support 2011-04-01
  Last date to contact support
 

Customer is now insisting to have the 9.0 version which is no longer available in fileconnect site. Advised customer to upgrade to version 10 but she is insisting to have old version for 9.0 since she has an old version of Novel OS/

Whats the best resolution that we can give to the customer.

you can call support; they will give you the FTP id and password;u will be able to download SAV 9.0

I have checked for temporary serial number and licensing team can still give savce 9.0.

I checked as well the temp serial number I created and savce 9.0 is still available in fileconnect.
