How or Where to find the Symantec Global Badsenders list...

You can't delete or add something to Symantec Global List,that list populated and updated real time by Symantec Global Intelligence Network.

You can query the list here:

There are also some FAQs that may help with any questions you have. The only way to override the global bad sender's list is through whitelisting the IP being blocked in the Local Good Sender IPs list.

Go to sender>bad sender all emails and damain will be listed. be carefull in creating this policy.
