I have the same common error that SEP blocks Verizon Router 192.168.1.1. My SEP version is 11.0.6005.562. When I tried to uninstall it requires password which I did not have when I installed 2 yrs ago. I need help with Cleanwipe to uninstall this SEP, so that I can try a newer version of 12.1.

With this recent version, I can't modify or change setting as you suggested in the Forum regards this issue.

    Thanks,

    Hanson

Yea that was a version that had a bug that detected denial of service which ended up being a false positive.

To get cleanwipe, you need to call support.

How to obtain the Cleanwipe utility

Thanks Brian. Do you think newer version 12.1.x will fix the issue?

    Yes.

This was actually fixed in an newer release of 11.x but 11.x is now end of life.

12.1 will solve your problem :)
