Symantec client could not update to server console center anymore

    Dear All,

    I have a problem with my symantec. I use sysmantec ver.10.

    We set up 1 Symantec console center with thousand client. Only 1 client could retrieve definition, for the other couldnt event the client at server which installed symantec console center. I have a prediction that it was caused by connection problem. But for ensuring it, i must check the connection between client to server. Any one know, which port should be checked?

    Could you provide some more details regarding which Symantec product your are asking your question about?
