    Hi!!

    I have faced for the symantec cloud endpoint antivirus client system status At-risk, This status symantec antivirus all services disable like(Antivirus, antispyware, sonar, device control,..etc). How to solve this issue.

    Have you rebooted the machine?      

    Run the symdiag tool to do error checking:

    Download SymDiag to detect Symantec product issues

    Also, does the end user have the ability to disable these features?

    The forum you have posted to is the SEP Cloud forum and is different from the SEP<dot>Cloud (aka SEP SBE) forum. Subtle difference, I know, however, can be confusing.
