I have faced for the symantec cloud endpoint antivirus client system status At-risk, This status symantec antivirus all services disable like(Antivirus, antispyware, sonar, device control,..etc). How to solve this issue.
Have you rebooted the machine?
Run the symdiag tool to do error checking:
Download SymDiag to detect Symantec product issues
Also, does the end user have the ability to disable these features?
