    Hi,

I have installed Symantec Critical System Protection on Windows server 2008 R2 and trying to install a client on one of my servers.

However, the agent is not able to communicate with the server and giving the following error message :

"Curl error:: Verify the agent certificate matches the server".

Please help on how to resolve this.

    Regards,

    Anindya

Hi guys...thanks for your inputs.....let me try all these options and get back to you !!

However the issue seems to be a certificate related error and the resolution might lie in resolving the same....

    Let me try ....

    Thanks and regards,

Try reinstalling the certificate file by running sisipsconfig -certfile <PathToFile> and point that to the agent-cert.ssl file found in the root of the CSP Manager install folder.
