Creating the Symantec Data Loss Prevention database on Windows

Step 1:

Set the ORACLE_HOME environment variable for your new installation. Open a command
prompt, and enter:
set ORACLE_HOME=c:\oracle\product\12.2.0.1\db_1

Step 2:

Open a command prompt as the Administrator user, and execute the following command:

C:\Users\Administrator>%ORACLE_HOME%\bin\dbca -ProgressOnly -responseFile C:\Tem

p\12.2.0.1_64_bit_Installation_Tools(1)\responsefiles\Oracle_12.2.0.1_DBCA_WIN.rsp

When I execute Step 2, I get given below error.

\responsefiles\Oracle_12.2.0.1_DBCA_WIN.rsp was unexpected at this time.

Please guide me how to solve it.

Hi Atives,

Did you copy the Oracle_12.2.0.1_Template_for_64_bit_windows.dbt to %ORACLE_HOME%\assistants\dbca\templates? This is usually the casue of the error.

Hi,

Issue is solved now. I had copied database template as required but had to copy Tools RSP files to ORACLE folder again. Somehow it wokred.
