Hi, I am having an issue with reporting in DCS. When I run any report/query, it just runs and runs non-stop. No results. What steps can I take to resolve this? Currently running DCS:SA 6.6 MP1

I am running the reports from Reports >> Queries >> Queries >Symantec.

Hi, I then get this error:

Error Code: 300

SQL Code: 0

I/O Error: socket closed.

Hi, Over what period did you start the query? have you tested just taking 1 days worth of logs?

Check with network team to monitor DB connections or link to SQL server perhaps?

Hi T, Yes, I started running the report for the past month, then past week. Same error. The console and UMC operates normally. The issue is when we generates queries/reports.

I can check with the network team to monitor DB connections or link to SQL server, but now I have already opened the support call with Symantec.
