Desktop Email Encryption

    I have downloaded the Symantec Desktop Email Encryption trial and received the activation code via email.

    During setup I am promted for this code, but it does not accpet the code sent via email therefore the pgp messaging which I want to trial is disabled.

    I applied again, but received the same activation code.

    Any thoughts?

    You could have received the incorrect license number or for server version. Please contact Customer Support (https://support.symantec.com/en_US/contact-support.html) and ask to send you the code for Desktop Encryption software and retry.
