  • 1.  Symantec DLP Enforce web console fails to start

    Dear members

    One day when i want to login my Symantec Data Loss Prevention server console I recieved an error message:-

     

    Problem description: Symantec DLP web console fails to start. The message in browser says: "HTTP Status 404 - /ProtectManager/enforce/navigate" and then "the requested resource is not available" (Apache Tomcat/7.0.23).

    Solution

    I have restarted all Vontu and Oracle services on Enforce Server and the said issue has been resolved.
