Dear Team,
We have the Symantec Universal Manageent server 3.3.1 and the agent 10.3.1 in our environment. We are facing an issue where the PGP agent after installation and reboot of machine do not even start up or ask for enrollment. Even after manually starting the agent from start menu, it didn't work.
The policy we have configured is for plain vanilla Drive encryption bt on some of machines after installing the agent and reboot, the PGP shredder pops out and dissappears, and the agent do not ask for enrollment after that.
Requesting help on this.
