  • 1.  Symantec Email Quarentine

I have 2 problems that I could use help with.  I'm not sure if they are separate issues or if they are related issues, however they both involve the name Symantec.

    I have 2 email address:

shilah.tsai@hboptometry.com (this one is current and active)

drshilahtsai@hboptometry.com  (this one is an older email address)

Problem #1:  I used to have Spam Fighter or some sort Spam Manager a very long time ago.  I never maintained it however I continue to receive emails with details on quarentined emails.  To this day, I still receive emails but from Symantec Email Quarentine with details on quarentined emails that I can release or delete.  If I do not want this service, how do I stop it?  Symantec Email Quarentine is filtering both of my email addresses and I would like to stop this servie on both of my email address.

    2. I am a member of 3 groups in the Shutterfly Shares website.  When my girl scout troop leader sends me an email message through the Shutterfly Shares website, it is bouncing back to her with the following message:

"remote host response: 553-message filtered.  Refer to troubleshooting page at 553-http://www.symanteccloud.com/troubleshooting for more 553 information.  (#5.7.1)"

The email address that she is sending it from is :  girlscoutsoctroop5245@sfly.com.  When the leader of the other 2 groups trys to send me a message through the Shutterfly Shares website, nothing happens...I do not receive the email and she does not get bounce back information either.  I have verified that none of the people who are sending the message through this site are Symnatec customers nor are running any Symantec or Norton software on their computers.  As the recipient, I am not a Symantec customer nor do I have any Symantec or Norton software on my home or office computer.

My primary question is how do I stop the unwelcomed filtering of my email addresses?
