    I installed Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.2 in a SATELLITE L15W-B1302 laptop/tablet.

     After  boot the laptop keyboard is disable and I am unable to type the passphrase in the pre-boot screen.

    Any idea how to input passphrase without keyboard or how to reset to factory the laptop?

    I just found a reset small hole in the back of the laptop which ENABLE back the keyboard.

     

    Case closed!
