Hi we recently set up a Symantec Encryption Management Server and are having issues. The major issue is that when we send from our Blackberries the other domain receives it encrypted, however when they attempt to reply or create a new message they cannot find our keys to send or reply encrypted.
Please help
Also please note that internally everything is encrypted just fine.
Do you just have the PGP Support Package For Blackberry and a BES, or do you also have a PGP Universal Server (now Symantec Encryption Server)? If you have support, you may want to start a case with us so we can review your setup
