  • 1.  Symantec End Point client not updated with latest definition

    Dear Team

     

    We have end point clients connected to the SEPM but not updated to the latest definition of SEPM.

    And also i find last connected is upto date but not the definition kindly provide solution.

    We have tried deleting the definition but no luck it showing accessed by other program.

    Download and run SymDiag:

    Download SymDiag to detect Symantec product issues

    It will give you an option to fix defs if it determines they're corrupt.

    We checked with symdialog tool but still no solution for fixing the definition issue.

    Your GUP is not configured correctly per SymDiag. This is the problem and needs to be corrected.

    Tell me what should be done because client connected to the GUP recently only the updation not happening.

    You should be able to read the link from within SymDiag.

    You need to increase the maximum disk cache size in your GUP policy. What is it currently set to? Increase it to something like 2048
