Hi to all Our symantec end point protection manager (version 12.1.4) from the previous week has start failed to update the virus definition. The point is: when i go from Admin - Servers - Local Site and press Download live update content the update finish successfully. Your setup for the live update is daily from 22:00 to 2:00 because we have a very slow internet connection

I have the same problem with my equipment, but in my case, use a group update provider.

Do you have a the log.liveupdate to provide? Can you run the symhelp tool on it?
Where do I find the log.liveupdate?
C:\ProgramData\Symantec\LiveUpdate\Log.LiveUpdate
My server is upgraded without problem, the problem is with my end points. Use a group update provider for the end points
Make sure SEPM installed drive has sufficient disk space.
If disk space is sufficient I would recommend to repair the SEPM.
We have as lease 70GB free in our HD.
In my case the path for the Log.LiveUpdate is in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate
