  • 1.  Symantec Endpoint blocking Mac users after update

    Hi There,

    I am having a problem with my Mac users connecting to my Windwos servers. All was well until I ran the daily AV update on my server that hosts my SEPM. Since the AV update on October 21 came down none of my Mac users can access my Windows Servers that have SEP 11.0.4 installed. I have tracked it down to Intrusion Prevention. What I did to get around this was I added my network's IP range into the Excluded Hosts option under Settings in the Intrusion Prevention Policy.

    What I would like to find out is, is there an update that will sort this out or is what I have done ok.
