    Symantec Endpoint blocks Internet. When I check the logs after scanning my system, i see the action taken on some files as " left unchanged".

    Please help me with the reason behind this and how can i remove viruses from these files and enable my internet connection

    do you have NTP installed on client? If yes, does disabling NTP allows ypu to access internet?

    Can you scna the system in safe mode with the latest SEP definition.

    Do you have NTP component installed?

    try removing it and check if internet works fine.

    add/remove programs-select sep-modify....remove NTP..complete the install.

    The "Left Unchanged " may be caused by your System Restore feature. Try disabling System Restore to remove this threat.
