  • 1.  Symantec Endpoint Encryption push configuration

    Hi there,

    Some guys here made a mistake rolling out Encryption and i would like to know if its possible to "push" the configuration settings somehow after the client is installed and encrypted.

    The problem occured when the machines were imaged, and encrypt now was selected. The machines do not show up in the management console.
    Can i send the config like server settings etc afterwards?

    In Symantec Endpoint Encryption (SEE), we cant push the configuration setting once the client package is created/ encrypted. Work around to this is you need to again create the client package with specific setting and encrypt the machine.

    Yes i thought so.

    So for me the only option is to decrypt, deinstall and then install the right package with the correct settings right?
