Have you checked the documents that are included with that products install? Have you checked the main documentation web page for that product?

I've gone ahead and moved your post to the Endpoint Encryption forum.  Perhaps this will increase the amount of responses you receive.

Although, I would say SK is correct.  Check the documentation for the product.  I've used SEE before and from what I remember, the documentation goes through the policy options.  You may also want to state what version of the product you are using as there are differences between the versions.
