when beginning of the install, an uninstall of another app begins instead

Seems like the installation is in loop,
do u mean to say , it uninstall other applications? or its just symatnec which does the rollback

What is the software that its trying to uninstall?. If its endpoint then the above post should help.

this would be a first install of Symantec.. I get no errors, just an uninstall program that starts to run,,, the app is called "Misys" which is a hospital,, I ran Malwarebytes and found several entries of malware, did not note the names... this did not help with the install issues,, I was then able to install an older version of Symantec Endpoint.
