    Policy can be apply according to the Active Directory?

    Note : if you want changes for SEPM you need to change it to your AD Manually, You can't delete any computer in direct SEPM console.

    SEP policies are applied from SEPM.

    Hello, 

    You can integrate AD with SEPM to get the existing structure of your organization and make a proper plan of the policies and inheritance before doing Sync and create Sync between AD and SEPM if required.
