  • 1.  Symantec Endpoint Proteciton 16 -support Itanium-based

    Hi  

     

    Please confirm Symantec Endpoint Protection 16 or any  other version support's  Itanium-based  processor  ? One  of client has multiple  number of Host  and are  looking for Solution .

    your  input  will be highly  appropriated  .

    It's SEP 14. There is no SEP 16.

    Itanium processors are not supported. See here:

    Thnaks a lot  Brian . Does lower version willl help  here ? As windows 2008 R2 was the last  supported OS .

    I see nothing in prior versions of release notes for SEP 14 or SEP 12.1 that indicates Itanium is supported.

    Only older versions of SAV (end of life) worked. See here:

    SEP just doesn't support itanium.
