Symantec endpoint protection 14, 25 user business pack remote client installation failure

installation process goes perfect. successful installation message comes

but on client side no installation done.

pre installation already  observe 

Kindly any idea.

check the install log on client side to understand the reason for failure to install?

SEP_INST.log file not generating on client.

but on server side. installation successfull

the message means, the targetted client is ready for install. however to know if the installation was sucessful, the install lof should be reviewed.

when deploying the package, have you configured for the log generation and have you changed the installation log path?

Does the machine meet the requirements?
