I have a Windows XP Pro workstation and am using Symantec Endpoint Protection at the server level. I can not get iTunes to recongize that my iPod is attached to the computer. I have seen several comments on the web that Symantec Endpoint interferes with the iPod, but have not been able to find out how to get around it. Can anyone help.
