    Windows needs to be allowed out to MS updae to fully patch. It should after this happens. Ensure Windows update KB4016871 is installed

    Hello,

    SEP 14 MP1 is compatible:

    Make sure Windows had Windows Update run and the machine is patched up before installing SEP. There was a block on it at one point but should've been removed.

    Hi Step Lason,

     

    There could be 2 reasons, you might face compatibility issues.

    1.SEP 14 MP1 and MP2 is compatible with windows 10(full protection)  where as others, they are still compatible but with basic protection.

     

    2.If it's managed client, pushing existing package or manual installation of existing package cause compatibility issue, as there could be a broken package. Broken package leads to compatibility issues.

    Can not install KB4016871
