    I'm so frustrated - can't even get a ticket in to get the uninstall tool for SEP v11x - can someone please send me the tool??  Thanks so much in advance for your help!!

    create a case and post the case number here ; you will get the filconnect iD and pass where you can download the tool...

    We can understand your frustration, but to get the Removal Tool you have to log a case.

    If you are having any difficulty talk to any of the admins on the Community, then will help you out.

    Log a case on web-portal, you will receive a tool to remove SEP client.

    How to update a support case and upload diagnostic files with MySupport
     
    Once, the Case has been Created, you can simply PM me, the Case Number and I will send you the Tool.
