  • 1.  Symantec EndPoint Rolling Back before Upgradation

    Dear All ,

    Before Installation 12.1.4 on Users EP , Symantec rolling back continuously.

    Also it's not uninstalled from Control Panel as well as Cleanwip.

    Please suggest for the same.

    What Exact SEP version are you trying to install ? Os version

    Try this if applicable

    Certificate error occurs when attempting to install or upgrade Symantec Endpoint Protection

    Hi James ,

    Thanks for revert , i am trying to Installed Exact SEP EP Version  12.1.4013.4013.

    And current version installed on users system of 12.1.3001.165.

    You can follow above articles and update Certificate and checked
